Summary: Snip is built with a privacy-first mindset. We do not require account registration, we do not collect your personal identity, name, or email, and all gameplay scores and customization settings are stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

When you play Snip on iOS, Android, or the web, we do not collect:

Your real name, postal address, or email address
Your physical location or GPS coordinates
Your contacts, photo gallery, or device files
Biometric data or financial credentials

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Snip saves game progress directly to your device's sandboxed local storage. This data includes:

High Scores & Leaderboard: Local top 10 runs, accuracy ratings, and combo multipliers across Flow, Zen, Hardcore, Daily, and Interceptor modes.
Preferences: Audio mute state, tactile haptics toggle, and selected blade trail styles.
Entitlements: Pro Arcade Pass unlocked state and daily challenge completion timestamps.

This data stays on your device and is erased if you delete the app or clear browser storage.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To provide a free-to-play experience and support ongoing development, Snip integrates select industry-standard partner SDKs:

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display optional rewarded video ads (such as the "Second Chance Rewind") and sparse interstitial ads between sessions.

Depending on your device permissions, AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) to serve non-personalized or personalized advertisements. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your iOS or Android system settings at any time.

B. In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing)

When you purchase the optional Pro Arcade Pass, the transaction is processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or billing address.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Snip is an abstract geometric arcade reflex game rated for general audiences (13+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe an underage child has provided personal information through third-party ad services, please contact us and we will assist in remediation.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because Snip does not maintain remote user accounts or track personal identities across the internet, we hold no personal data linked to your identity. If you wish to purge all local game data, simply delete the application from your device.
